A well established upscale river community. It's been here for decades but is impeccabley taken care of.

Had the chance to check out The Landings Yacht Golf and Tennis club for a holiday event. It's a private community. My husband's band, The Robert Holifield Band, had the opportunity to play there multiple times. Beautiful property. The best part of the property happens to be the view of the water and mother nature. It's a relaxing atmosphere. Looking forward to going back for more shows.

As a former vender, I was was threatened with violence by the golf course superintendent and their other groundskeeper (Eddie) employee. Rocky needs anger management classes. I was almost in a physical violent confrontation, as he ran up and got in my face, and only when I said "are you going to hit me" did he back down. I also reported it to HR and they did nothing. It obvious that that they condone this type of behavior and are not for Safety of all people while on their property .

Visited in Jan 2022. Just now had time to review. My husband's company has a condo there and they allow employees to rent. We were close to the pool. The condo is clean and comfortable. Golfing was fun and course is kept. Club with bar and restaurant has good food and fun environment. There was one Staff member/Bartender who was wonderful. She was quick, efficient, great multitasker and still had a great attitude even with how busy the bar and restaurant were. She was even helping serve food. She was all over and yet not frazzled. Keep her!
